Who we are

We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website (noeditstudio.com). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why

• Client contact form: name, brand, email address and any message you write. Purpose: responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Creator application form: name, age, email, city and country, native language, social handle (optional), UGC experience and your written answers. Purpose: evaluating your application to join our creator network. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Call booking (Calendly): name, email, and the answers you give when booking. Purpose: scheduling and preparing your call. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Analytics and advertising data: device and usage data collected by Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel, only after you consent via our cookie banner. Purpose: understanding site performance and measuring our advertising. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Email correspondence: whatever you send us. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where your data goes

We use a small set of service providers (processors) to run NOEDIT:

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors above, or where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and applications: as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable follow-up period. CRM contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you. Accounting records: as required by Portuguese law. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to info@noeditstudio.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt), or your local data protection authority.

Fonts

The fonts on this site are self-hosted. No font request is sent to Google or any other third party when you load our pages.

We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies run without consent because the site cannot work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies run only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the banner settings.

04Terms of Service

Scope. These terms govern the use of this website and, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, our services. Individual client and creator agreements always take precedence over these terms.

Services. NOEDIT provides performance creative services for businesses: UGC production and management, video editing, creative strategy and related services. Scope, deliverables, pricing and usage rights are defined per engagement.

Content and intellectual property. All content on this website, including text, design, graphics and video, belongs to Sustainable Grandeur, Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda or its licensors. Client logos and testimonials are shown with permission. Usage rights for content we produce are defined in the respective client or creator agreement.

Creator applications. Submitting an application does not create any entitlement to briefs, work or compensation. Rates and usage rights are agreed per brief before filming.

No guarantees. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control. Case numbers shown on this site describe past results and are not a promise of future outcomes.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Law and venue. Portuguese law applies. Exclusive venue for disputes with businesses is Lisbon, Portugal.
